Traffic control, demolition and preparation, excavation, fill, grading, curb and gutter, sidewalk, ADA ramps, asphalt, pavement striping, water valve and fire hydrant replacements, basic restoration and professional landscaper restoration per City of Rifle specifications. The intent is to reconstruct W. 5th Street to a full, “sidewalk to sidewalk” reconstruction, and in some locations, addition of sidewalk, from Will through the Wamsley intersection, or as budget allows.
