Project Description
This project is a completely new subdivision. JCI installed all new underground utilities including water, sewer, storm drain, gas, electric, fiber and communications. This project has several phases planned out over the next several years. The first and current phase focuses on bringing new roads and utilities into the subdivision for future phases.
